Title whats wrong with my package???

It’s been for a week that my package stucks on Dec 11. And no further info is ever coming up. What’s wrong with the delivery? I’m leaving my place next Thursday, and it has been two weeks since I order it. Is my package lost or something??? I didn’t recieve any message about it. Why does it took so long?
